Awards Ceremony
As part of the Saint Nicolas festival, we are launching our second annual Awards Ceremony. This year we are hosting it as the whole of Saint Nicolas Place to include community awards. Nominations will be launched on Saturday 3rd of December and the Awards Ceremony will be held in the North Hall on Friday 20th January at 7pm and will include a buffet supper.
The two new community awards are:-
- Environmental Award – Given for the support given to Saint Nicolas Place and the community in regards to grounds maintenance, gardening and recycling and civic pride.
- Friend to the Community Award – Given for outstanding dedication given to Saint Nicolas Place and the local community by a person who goes above and beyond.
The volunteer awards
Every year we give thanks to all our amazing volunteers, who support the work we do. This year we would like to give honourable mention to those volunteers who have gone above and beyond.
The original awards
- The shining star – to recognise the outstanding dedication of a staff member or volunteer.
- Customer Champion Award – Recognising the outstanding commitment to our customers by a staff member or volunteer.
- Creativity and Innovation Award – Recognises the commitment to new and original ways of working to maximise income.
To nominate an individual please simply email info@saintnicolasplace.co.uk, with the name of the person, the award you are nominating them for and a brief outline of why you are nominating that that person. The closing date for nominations is 31st December. We look forward to receiving your nominations.
